Yassine El Bahlouli

Yassine El Bahlouli is a doctoral researcher in educational administration and policy at Université Laval’s Faculty of Education. An expert consultant in the digital transformation of public administrations (“E-Gov”), he has over twenty years’ experience in new technologies, innovation and consulting in administration and public policy. He has worked with public administrations and the private sector in Morocco, Niger, Qatar and Canada. Yassine is currently working on the use of blockchain in education and its impact on educational policies.
