A doctoral student in Educational Technology at Université Laval, Mame Balla Doumbouya is dedicated to the study and improvement of educational practices through the use of digital technologies.

Mame Balla Doumbouya holds two masters degrees in Education Sciences obtained in France, one in Socio-educational Engineering and Mediation Practices and the other in Analysis and Design in Education and Training. His solid academic background enables him to gain an in-depth understanding of the dynamics of education and training.

He is currently working with GIZ Senegal as a Technical Training Advisor. In this role, he contributes his technical expertise to support educational initiatives, particularly those incorporating digital technologies. His work involves supporting the Ministry of Labor in implementing innovative training and teaching practices, and assessing the impact of these initiatives.
