El hadji mor Ndiaye

I hold a degree in Educational Mediation, complemented by a Master’s in Adult Education Intervention Professions from Université Lumière Lyon 2. My academic journey primarily unfolded in the medico-social sector, where I focused my research on adult engagement in education and the evaluation of training programs for disabled adults.

Currently, I am pursuing a Ph.D. in Measurement and Evaluation, with a particular interest in the role of feedback in the development of medical students’ competencies.

My interests revolve around andragogy, the evaluation of pedagogical innovation, feedback, and learner engagement.

I am excited about the prospect of joining this research team, which I view as an outstanding opportunity for learning and professional development.
