Dana Al Faraj
Dana Al Faraj is a Phd student in educational technology at Laval University at the end of writing her thesis and holds a master’s degree in education from the University of Montreal and a master’s degree in management from the Lebanese University. She has several years of experience in the educational design of continuing education at the University of Montreal hospital center (CHUM), as well as ten years of experience in technical and professional education.
His training and professional careers have allowed her to develop solid skills in training design and research aimed at developing the skills of people in the context of their work.
Currently, she is a technopedagogy advisor, she works with professionals with training responsibilities (PRF) at the CHUM in analyzing training needs and in designing innovative and engaging training and learning experiences.
At the same time, she is finalizing her doctoral research project on the mobilization of resources in an institutional environment to support the capacity to act of a teacher person in a changing context. This project aims to identify resources and conversion factors that will allow a teacher person to transform their practice in a changing context.
Her skills in educational design and research will allow her to make an important contribution to projects in education and educational technology.
