Julie Goulet

Julie Goulet is a lawyer (Bar of Quebec, 2010). She also acts as a research professional in the context of several projects, from various faculties, within Laval University. Alongside her profession, she describes herself as “an eternal student”. Thus, after completing a Bachelor’s degree in law, she added to her academic achievement a Master’s degree in environmental law, sustainable development and food security, a second cycle Microprogram in law – legistics, a second cycle microprogram in Business administration – management and she is currently completing a Master’s degree in administration sciences – development of people and organizations.

She is currently working on the legal aspect of a study on disinformation and deepfake, to carry out a review of legal documents aimed at regulating these subjects.
